Are there any long-term contracts?

We are here for you. If you decide you want to cancel your services, you may do so at any time by notifying us. Cancellation will be completed 30 days after notice has been given. If you wish to change your mind during that time, we are more than willing to negotiate a new arrangement.

Do we need to change our software?

The answer is no. We will need remote access to your practice management system. Our management team and your account manager will set up your practice management system integration.

For cloud-based practice management systems, we will also need a username. 

Are you replacing my staff?

We help your staff; we do not replace them. Think of our elite team of specialists as an extension of your own.

We handle all the time-consuming and complicated insurance issues so your in-house team can focus on patient care and relationship development. 

Are your services expensive?

Our rates are competitive, affordable, and reasonable. Multiple experts will be working on your account for a fraction of the cost of a full-time employee.

Do you work with other offices out of state?

We are an outsourcing company that works with offices all around the United States.
