The Elite Dental Force name, the EDiFi name and mark, and all related logos, product names, and service names are trademarks of Elite Dental Force Inc. or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal and internal business evaluation purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include:
- The right to resell or commercially exploit any portion of the Site or its contents
- The right to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content without our written consent
- Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools

4. EDiFi Platform — Separate Agreement
The Site may describe or provide access to the EDiFi dental revenue intelligence platform ("EDiFi"). Your use of EDiFi as a software service is governed by a separate agreement — either a subscription agreement, a beta participation agreement, or another written service agreement between you and Elite Dental Force Inc. ("Platform Agreement").
These Terms govern your use of this website only and do not constitute an agreement to provide access to the EDiFi platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a Platform Agreement with respect to the EDiFi platform, the Platform Agreement shall control.
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to provide the EDiFi platform or any associated services. Access to EDiFi is subject to eligibility review, execution of a Platform Agreement, and completion of any applicable onboarding requirements.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
BEFORE INITIATING ANY FORMAL LEGAL PROCEEDING, YOU AGREE TO CONTACT US AT info@elitedentalforce.com AND ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THE DISPUTE INFORMALLY. WE WILL MAKE REASONABLE EFFORTS TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE THROUGH GOOD-FAITH DISCUSSION WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR NOTICE.

We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter.
